part 3


The terrain in Carrara, adjusting the camera. The surface has better quality.

There! . The shiny finish is out, too.

Now a beautiful shader...kidding. Left, a "mapped", non suitable shader. Right, a procedural shader.

Let's add a sky...and the horizon is there. The sphere is something for the camera to track. So, I move the sphere and the view changes without losing the camera's placement.

This is the final terrain (the tracking sphere is selected) with no too much background to work with. From now on, all the work will be focused in shading and "populate" the scene.
